Our studio is now home to more than just Bliss Pole Fit
We will be changing our website and starting a Bliss Studios Facebook page in the the next few weeks.
We have Formation Dance Company and Yoga with Debbie and many more instructors in the future.
All these businesses are separate and not part of Bliss Pole Fit.
Formation Dance Company
Will be running Dance classes for Adults and Children in Ballet, Modern/Street Dance, Gymnastics/Acro, Commercial, Contemporary and toddler classes. Kicking off with a FREE open weekend 9th September. Check out their Facebook Page here:

Yoga with Debbie
Debbie is running a series of taster sessions through June and July for you to try out Yoga and start to see its benefits. Debbie completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India at the beginning of 2017.

Amanda, director of Bliss Pole Fit and Bliss Studios Manager is also off to India this Winter to complete her Teacher Training in Yoga and will be offering Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pre/Post Natal Mum & Baby Yoga as well as Mum and Baby Pole in the New Year.
