So time for a Spring clean and Spring update at Bliss Dance Nuneaton
We have had several offers running since January which will now draw to a close at the end of April. So just to clarify, from May these will be the following prices:

Bliss Drop a Dress Size is a 4 week programme including nutrition, lifestyle and workout changes to make you healthier and leaner this Summer! The next instalment is May and is a one off payment of just £15!! We had fab results in January so watch this space!
Show Time! Saturday 19th September at the Abbey Theatre Nuneaton
Our show is drawing nearer!
If you would like to take part, then please let us know so we can add you to the show group. There are various opportunities including Aerial Hoop, Pole, Ballet, Commercial, Burlesque and Contemporary. For shows you are responsible for the costs of hiring the hoop/pole room at Bliss Dance and also your costume costs. We also ask that you aim to sell around five tickets for the show which will be £8 each.
Most of the show is our students own work. You will join a group and create pieces as a team. We have opportunities to hire our Pole/Aerial Hoops to practice in your groups. We have added more time slots so you can get started now.
With this in mind, Burlesque and Commercial Dance will restart in June and we will be working on the show pieces in these sessions. People are welcome to attend who do not wish to do the show. Sessions are included in Gold and Silver, however they are treated as normal classes at £4 each for non members and Bronze.
The pieces Amanda Dawn is creating include (rehearsals start June):
Spice Girls Mash Up (all levels – dance, pole and aerial) Wednesdays 830-930pm
Proud Mary (all levels – dance pole and aerial) Alternate Tuesdays 830-930pm
Beyonce (All levels as several pieces) Thursdays 630-730pm
Burlesque 1950 classic (suitable for beginners) Alternate Tuesdays 830-930pm
You will be required to attend all rehearsals for pieces you choose to be in.
Other instructors or advanced students may create other pieces nearer the time which will be posted in the show group.
From September there will be rehearsal times added on Saturdays and Sundays which will be discussed with all cast members.
Sunday Pole Fit is getting very very busy which is awesome! so we suggest you book online to avoid disappointment as 12 is our absolute MAX and we MAXXED out last Sunday 🙂
Merchandise
We have some merchandise in stock! Including the Gym Holdalls (£22) everyone was super excited about which hold so much!
We also have smaller Gym Sacks (£7), perfect for holding your Embrace Grip (£10) and Dry Hands grip (£10)!
Vest tops (£10) and the new Draw Cord Tees £12 plus hoodies (£25)
Once they are gone THEY ARE GONE!
We should have Bliss Dance shorts available from mid May. It has been a bit of a nightmare with various issues with suppliers/stock etc but all should be sorted next month!
Eye EyeBrows!
Many of you do not know that Amanda Dawn is also a qualified Makeup Artist including Air Brush Makeup and also an Eyebrow Technician offering Highly Defined Eyebrow treatments (Bliss Brows and Makeup page)
This treatment includes tinting, shaping, threading, waxing and tweezing to get perfect eyebrows! The treatment takes around 40 minutes and costs just £10! Bliss Students get their first treatment for just £7! Inbox the Bliss page for more information and a patch test.
Workshops
We are planning to run 1-2 weekend workshops per month out of the following:
Pole Flow – Learn a contemporary Pole Dance routine and floor work
Pole in Heels – Learn a sexy Pole Dance in Heels routine
Beginner Contemporary – Learn contemporary dance techniques and a routine
Choreography – Learn how to choreograph your own Dance/Pole/Hoop routines
TwerkOUT – Learn the basic Twerk moves plus a routine. A big cardio workout!
Due to running these often now, the price for those on Silver/Gold will be just £4. Those on Bronze or non members the price will be £6.
