Fitness Pilates Nuneaton is a modern version of Pilates using updated functional fitness. Fitness Pilates is a training option that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. By applying the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises, Fitness Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances.

At Bliss Dance Nuneaton we will be offering Fitness Pilates and HITT Fitness Pilates.
HIIT Fitness Pilates (High Intensity Interval Training)
Will use equipment, interval training and body weight to create a full body, cardiovascular workout.
