(16yrs+) Aerial Hoop & Aerial Hammock
Aerial HoopThe Aerial Hoop is a large steel hoop, suspended from the ceiling on which you can perform aerial acrobatics! remember playing on the climbing frames as a kid? well, this is just like that!
Aerial Hoop improves strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness all whilst having fun!
Each class will include a warm-up, moves in and around the hoop, and conditioning and flexibility exercises, with each week focusing on different elements such as tricks, strength, combinations and routines.
Aerial Sling
Aerial Sling is a piece of fabric looped in half like a beach Hammock. You will learn various moves, tricks, drops and poses that helps improves strength and flexibility, especially core and leg flexibility!
Frequently Asked Questions
We advise having your skin covered and suggest wearing several layers of form-fitting clothing. Leggings, tights, t-shirts and leotards are all suitable.
Water/squash – no fizzy drinks and some warm layers such as a jumper.
